I recently got Netflix again and want some good things to watch.  If you're Mac fans, you obviously have good taste.

Can't do it. If you narrow it down to a genre, I might be able to, but there's too much competition at the top 3.

But here are three Really Freakin' Good movies:

1- Kenneth Brannagh's "Henry V"
2- Danny Boyle's "Millions"
3- Whatshisface's "Donnie Darko"

Loot is King.

I really liked Black Hawk Down, but I haven't seen it since it was in the theaters and I should probably watch it again sometime. (Plus, Josh Hartnett is a total babe...not that most of you care about that.)

Cloverfield is coming up on my queue, I'm excited to see it.

I watched Space Balls a few nights ago. Absolutely hilarious. The last good movie directed by Mel Brooks.

If you are willing to go to the theater, you might want to check out Slumdog Millionaire. Wonderful movie (and, coincidentally, a Danny Boyle movie, too--Boyle directed 28 Days Later and one of the other movies that I suggested).

Cloverfield was better than I thought it was going to be. Liked it quite a bit, in fact.

Loot is King.

Some good movies here...

I have a top 5 that never really fluctuates, getting it down to three is REALLY fracking hard, so consider it the top 3 with 66.7 % more awesome.

-The Mission
-The Shawshank Redemption
- Rashomon
- The Lord of the Rings series [ although, it should be noted that Tolkien intended for the trilogy to be published as a single work, his publisher refused citing better sales and lower production costs if it were sold in three volumes. probably a good call, but it's not wrong to call it "The Lord of the Rings" and mean the whole thing ]
- The Princess Bride

honorable mentions: Once Upon a Time in the West, The Matrix sequence(3films + animatrix + enter the matrix), Bring It On(it makes me smile), Tombstone, Kenneth Branagh's Henry V, The Prestige, and The Commitments [ which has a kickbutt soundtrack.]

Once Upon a Time in the West.
Henry Fonda (as a villian), Jason Robards, and Charles Bronson.
Truly a masterpiece.
