Those are great! You beat me to it, I had been thinking about trying to do something like that but didn't know how to go about it. I've downloaded that program and I am excited to try it out with my own photos. I tried to find my avatar, but there's just too much blue in one place, my eyes get lost looking... lol
Who were the two people whose avatar didn't work? We must know so that we can shun them for breaking things.

Those are really impressive. I'm kind of surprised that you can create such good looking images with a freeware program.

Three challenges:
1. The very(?) easy challenge for everybody : Find yourself (of course!)
2. The quite simple but incredibly stupid challenge for very bored people with way too much time and absolutely no life: Make imagemaps of the files, linking each avatar to the persons profile. 
3. The "JPL would never be able to do it" challenge for the clever ones: Make it dynamic so it always reflect the current situation in the Top xxx.
