Support Desk • Double charges
For those of you who have experienced issues with double charges, triple charges, etc. with or without receiving licenses, if you could please post here with the following info, it'll help us tremendously with identifying and fixing this issue:
Are you from outside the US? y/n
Did you receive email receipts for your purchases? y/n
Did you use Paypal or CC?

- I am in Canada
- No receipt received
- Credit card (two, in fact - I thought that the failure might be due to the site not liking my first one).
(I have a total of seven charges, I believe - I specifically tried to buy one bundle seven times. The repeated "Transaction cannot be processed" errors tempted me to try different browsers, different settings, etc... I had no idea I was being charged for each failed transaction)

Fabulous, we've sent several emails, and even tried calling.
-I am in the United States
-I received the emails for FOUR charges.
-We paid with a credit card.
(Wow, seven? We got four)

-- I received no email receipts
-- I used a Credit Card - I only have one charge listed for January 10, 2008
"Order Lookup" does not find my order. Perhaps I misspelled my email Address when I was purchasing? However, I have been getting email updates about new Apps being included in the Bundle.
This is a great bundle of Apps, and I can't wait to get my Serial Numbers :-)
Edit: btw, my referral id was ..../buy/invite/66800 so I've gotta be in the system somewhere.

Something like 12 charges showed up. It was sweet.

I clicked once, was billed once. People need to check their cards IMMEDIATELY after a purchase doesn't go through so as not to be bill numerous times.

2. I only want one bundle but have been charged for four. I have not received any receipts.
3. I attempted to pay using my credit card.
No emails have been received. No receipts of any kind. No bundle downloaded.
I have been charged 4 times on my credit card.
EDIT: Thought I would add that when I attempted to purchase the bundles, I don't think I was logged in to MacHeist.

Any idea of what the rate of this problem is. I was about to purchase but saw the threads & posts. If it's a small percent, I'll go ahead and purchase, but if its high I'll wait towards the end.
What seems to be the problem causing this? I saw someone mention dashes/no dashes in numbers.

I haven't been double charged, I have been charged and told I don't have any purchases on record. No confirmation email, no serial, just a charge.

I am still interested in the bundle, however I would like the other orders cancelled.

I did not receive a receipt (in fact when I use my email to try and retrieve orders it says that my email does not exist in your system)
I used multiple credit cards (Visa, MC, and Amex)

I really want to participate in this great project and definitely want the great software. Can you let us know how we can get it before the end?

- I'm from Malaysia
- No email receipts whatsoever
- Used Paypal (4 times) and tried CC once. With Safari, no error reported - it bounced back to the purchase page. Firefox prompted an error "Bad Request". No charge on CC, as far as I know.

The charges seemed to have reversed themselves, but I want to make absolute sure they aren't going to appear again sometime soon. That and I want to be certain I can make the purchase of this bundle without these complications again.
