Well japanese people are very partial to Carps (or Koi) of which there are some varieties that are red.

In japanese carps are called 鯉 Here you can see some types of koi in the wikipedia koi article under Varieties The red ones there are a few but the redest is the Gin Matsuba

Look at the tour page. Find a map of the US. Draw a line between Seattle and Tampa, and between San Francisco and Rochester. Where do they intersect?
