First part:
Shift the rectangles - forget about the numbers; One click at the top moves up 1; one click at the bottom moves down 1.
First rectangle: move down 1;
Second rectangle: move up 3;
Third rectangle: no movement;
Fourth rectangle: move down 2;

Last part:
Move the blocks according to the directions. The numbers on the blocks denote the steps on which you should move them.

I used to play the slider puzzles all the time when I was a single digit kid in the hospital. Took me awhile to remember the moves... I actually quit thiking about them and my fingers remembered
I played a car moving puzzle on my iPhone last year but deleted it when it got boring. Glad I had practice :-)

If I didn't have the first tip I would have given up. After the help and solving the first one I was off and did the rest. This is the first one in three years that I was able to solve. I thought you had to be in some club of insight or tips to do this. Thanks! It was fun!
